Return & Refund Policy

At Epoxy Brite, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue, we are here to help.

1. Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused, and undamaged Epoxy Brite products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be in original, sealed packaging

  • Product must be unused and unaltered

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of chemical products, opened containers cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used containers

  • Custom-labeled or private-labeled products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped in error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order falls under the standard return policy.

7. Commercial / Contractor Orders

Bulk, wholesale, and contractor purchases are considered final sale, unless the product is proven defective.
