Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
Order number
Photos of packaging and product (if damaged)
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Epoxy Brite is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Reshipment costs due to incorrect address entry are the responsibility of the customer.
